Prior to moving into recruitment, Rebecca built a strong professional foundation working in executive roles in the construction, manufacturing and property sectors. This experience has provided her with valuable insight into business operations, stakeholder management, and the practical demands of project-driven environments, allowing her to engage effectively with both clients and candidates.

Since joining Torra Staffing & Recruitment, Rebecca has transitioned her focus to permanent recruitment, with a strong emphasis on blue-collar industries. Outside of work, Rebecca is a proud soccer mum to her teenage son, with weekends spent on the sidelines cheering him on.
