Leah commenced in August 2025 with Torra leading permanent recruitment across Newcastle, the Central West, and Sydney, partnering with businesses across blue- and white-collar sectors to find the right people, not just fill roles. Most recently, Leah has moved into the role of Recruitment Manager leading the operations of Recruitment across Newcastle, the Central West and Sydney.

Known for her warm, straight-talking style, she builds strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand what success actually looks like for them. Alongside delivering consistent results in a competitive market, Leah is passionate about developing her team, creating an environment where people feel supported, accountable, and motivated to perform at their best.

When she’s not working with her team or clients, you’ll find Leah embracing life, enjoying the coastal lifestyle, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of the outdoors.
