Specialising in labour hire and account management, Bernice has successfully managed high-volume workforces of up to 90 personnel, supporting clients with workforce planning, compliance, and operational delivery. Her approach is grounded in clear communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of the demands of site-based environments.
