Allissa Whalley is one of our Newcastle Account Managers at TORRA, bringing over four years’ experience in recruitment and a genuine belief that great outcomes come from putting the right people in the right roles.

Working across the civil, construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, Allissa takes a hands-on, relationship-driven approach to labour hire. She partners closely with clients to understand what they actually need (not just what’s on paper) and delivers reliable, safety-focused workers who add value from day one.

Her experience spans end-to-end workforce management, including candidate sourcing, compliance, performance management, and on-site support. Known for her straightforward communication and proactive mindset, Allissa focuses on building long-term partnerships and making sure both clients and workers are set up to succeed.

Outside of work, Allissa enjoys training – whether that’s in the gym or signing herself up for the next slightly rogue fitness challenge – and is usually busy planning her next holiday.
