We currently have a vacant Recruitment Resourcer position available in our Temp Labour Hire division. 

How can you make your impact?

• Be hungry for success, drive your career forward through your initiative and focus.
• Utilise your spellbinding marketing skills to strategise and create campaigns and advertisements to attract candidates and new clients
• Make the telephone your best friend, thoroughly screen applicants and existing candidates within the database
• Lead captivating interviews to develop positive relationships and truly understand your candidates
• Define yourself as a Recruiter Guru. Source and engage candidates for vacancies that aren’t necessarily ready to apply.
• Smash your KPI’s out of the park, they’ll be achievable but accomplishing them will feel truly rewarding.
• Demonstrate and drive a genuine commitment to safety through our ‘Teaming up for Zero’ safety culture.
• Help out with the less fun stuff – Data entry, compliance etc – I got bored typing it.
