PROCESS WORKER

Join Torra in supporting our client, Arla Foods Mayer Australia (AFMA), a leading dairy manufacturer based in Hexham, NSW.

Formed in 2015, AFMA combines the global expertise of Arla Foods with the local heritage of Mayers Fine Food to produce high-quality dairy products for the Australian market.
Due to continued growth and increased production demands, we are seeking Process Workers to join the team in ongoing casual positions, with genuine opportunities to transition into full-time employment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Packing and preparing dairy products for distribution
• Operating production and packaging equipment
• Monitoring production processes and conducting quality checks
• Working across multiple areas of the manufacturing facility
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in line with food manufacturing
• standards
• Assisting with general production and process tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work or food
• processing
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
• Ability to work e?ectively in a fast-paced team environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Flexibility to work across day, afternoon and night shifts, including occasional
• rostered Saturdays as required.
• A Forklift Licence is highly regarded but not essential.
