TORRA Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and professional Gate Keeper for an exciting opportunity with Robson Civil Projects, a respected civil infrastructure contractor with over 65 years of experience delivering major projects across NSW.
 
Based in Dora Creek, this role will see you managing site access and supporting the safe and efficient movement of personnel, visitors and deliveries. This is a casual position offering $38.30 per hour, day shift hours and overtime opportunities.
 
The Role
Reporting to the site team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the main entry gate to the project site
• Signing in visitors, contractors and delivery drivers
• Operating the boom gate and controlling site access
• Communicating with site personnel via two-way radio
• Directing trucks, visitors and deliveries to the appropriate areas on site
• Maintaining accurate site access records
• Ensuring all personnel comply with site entry requirements and safety procedures
• Providing a professional first point of contact for all site visitors

• Construction White Card
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Professional, approachable and customer-focused attitude
• High level of reliability and punctuality
• Commitment to workplace safety and site procedures
