The Opportunity
Inland Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Site Manager to oversee operations at our Cobar service station. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
As a Retail Site Manager, you will:

• Lead day-to-day site operations to achieve business objectives
• Drive customer service excellence and satisfaction
• Manage and develop site staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Optimise site performance and profitability
• Maintain high standards of site presentation

Key Responsibilities Include

• Oversee daily operations, fuel systems, and site presentation
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and promotional displays
• Monitor sales targets, site expenses, and banking procedures
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and audit protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and leadership experience
• High School Certificate and current driver’s licence
• Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills
• Desirable: Cert IV in Retail Management, fuel retail experience, food handling and first aid certifications
