Prior to recruitment, Emily held leadership and operational roles across manufacturing and retail environments, where she managed teams, improved processes, and delivered strong commercial outcomes. This background gives her a well-rounded understanding of client needs and the environments her candidates step into.

Having grown up in a military family and lived across Australia, Emily brings adaptability, resilience, and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
