Jasmin is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at TORRA, specialising in temporary and labour hire solutions across the civil, mining, industrial and manufacturing sectors throughout the Central West, supporting a broad range of blue-collar workforces.

Jasmin focuses on delivering high-quality recruitment, managing a high-volume desk that supplies reliable, site-ready workers for both short-term and ongoing projects. Her strength lies in understanding the pace and demands of blue-collar environments, allowing her to deploy candidates quickly while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and quality.

Jasmin is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with clients, candidates and internal teams to ensure the right fit for every placement. She takes pride in building and maintaining a strong talent pool and supporting workers throughout the entire employment journey, from onboarding and placement through to ongoing performance and retention.

With over 15 years’ experience in recruitment, Jasmin has built her career with major agencies, managing high-volume temporary desks, supporting large client accounts and mentoring junior consultants. This experience has provided her with strong operational expertise and a well-rounded understanding of fast-paced recruitment environments.

Outside of work, Jasmin proudly calls the Central West home and enjoys the relaxed regional lifestyle.
